As the each piece is hand crafted, the item will be able to customize with adjustment. In this case, the shipping time will be increased based on the request.

Exchange

In terms of the size issue, we’ll communicate with the customer for the exchange or fixing the fit.

Damage

In case of the damage of prioducts, please contact info@hannayooworks.com We’ll advice the best care of product and will help for fixing.

Delivery

As all product is made to order, they will be shipped out upon completion. Each order usually takes about two weeks for regular purchase. In the case of Pre-order, each order takes five to six weeks depending on the complexity of the style.

ReTurn

All products are the final sale and non-refundable.

As each piece is hand-crafted, each item will be unique. The product's image is represented of one of the items unless the style made only one as exclusive.
