This “dOnUts” story was created in 2021 for Spring 2022 collection at Tibi.

It was a study about the Modern sculptural shape to go with clean but bold color clothing and flow with the sparkling crystal ornamental shoes. The immense shape appear to look like donuts grazed in syrup. I like finding an humor can create a smile when I approach to new idea. That’s where the name of donuts came from, the playing with the shape of letters.

I keep learning about the material I use for this project. The material is flexible to shape but easy to ruin the shape if it doesn’t treat carefully, and very light, like a rice snack drying in the air.
